We are currently seeking a high-producing property and casualty insurance sales professional to sell Allstate insurance products in TEXAS from our beautiful newly renovated Temecula, CA office!

Responsibilities
  • Sell and promote Allstate TEXAS insurance products to new and existing customers
  • Maintain high levels of client retention and satisfaction through excellent service and follow-up
  • Develop and strengthen relationships with clients, ensuring detailed understanding of their insurance needs
  • Meet and exceed sales goals with a commission-driven focus
  • Our current top producers are earning $100k+ in annual compensation
Requirements
  • Must possess an active Property and Casualty license
  • At least 2 years of Property and Casualty sales experience required
  • Allstate insurance sales experience preferred, but not required
  • History of high production is essential
  • Bilingual abilities in English and Spanish are a plus but not mandatory
  • High energy, strong interpersonal skills, and a positive attitude
  • Highly detail-oriented and compliance-focused
  • Excellent relationship-building skills aimed at maintaining a high level of client retention and satisfaction
  • Driven, goal-oriented, and ready to achieve and exceed production goals!
